Often referred to as a “talking therapy”, psychotherapy involves talking through your problems with
a trained therapist who can help you to make sense of your feelings, learn about your role in relationships,
address issues from your past or set goals for the future and work towards achieving them.
Your therapy sessions are totally confidential and provide you with a safe and supportive environment to
work through problems you may face in every day life.
Psychotherapy is effective for a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, dealing with grief,
relationship problems and body image. However many people also choose regular psychotherapy simply for
added support with life’s stresses and as a space to offload.
