Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment involving the use of essential oils extracted from plants to improve physical
and emotional well being. Essential Oils with different therapeutic properties are blended to suit your individual needs.
For instance they can be calming, relaxing, uplifting or energising. The essential oils are blended with a carrier oil and then massaged into the skin.
