How does it work?
For me, the most important element of counselling is the therapeutic relationship – the
way client and counsellor relate to each other.
Throughout, you will be the one taking responsibility for your own progress, and achieving your own goals, for which you can deservedly be proud.
I’ll provide a safe space for you to explore, discover and, make re-decisions and embrace change.

A little about me:
My name is Roger James. I am an intuitive, integrative practitioner, fully qualified in a broad range of approaches to counselling and psychotherapy.
I work with a wide variety of clients in a range of different settings.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I abide by the Ethical Framework and am subject to the professional conduct procedure of that organization.
